– Championship Details 

a) The Championship will be held on 27th to 30th November 2008. All out station participants must reach by 26th November Evening.

b) All the Members & Participants are requested to book their accommodations well in advance on their own. The organisers are not providing any free accommodation to any participants. Free lunch will be provided from 28th, 29th and 30th November 2008.

c) Guests, parents and other members accompanying the team must make their own arrangements for accommodation as well as food.

d) The Entry Fee for Individual Events is Rs. 900/- (Euros 15) per event and for Team Events Rs. 1200/- (Euros 20) per event.

e) The registration will be held from 8.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. on 27th November 2008. No entries will be accepted after 1.00 P.M. All participants must be present in person for weight checking. All members of the team must come together for registration. All participants must bring a passport size photo to be attached to the Entry Card. Without Entry Card, they will not be allowed in to the Tatami.

f) All instructors must attend the Referee Seminar to be held from 9.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on Thursday 27th November 2008, the referee seminar fee is Rs. 2400/-(Euros 40). Only those who attend the Referee Seminar will be allowed to officiate in the Championship. Instructors who wish to officiate in the Championship must send a passport size photograph two weeks before the Championships so that their Official Card can be kept ready. Instructors acting as Officials shall not perform the duty of Team Manager (Coach). Please appoint a separate Team Manager for your team.

g) All officials must be dressed in grey pant, white shirt, red tie, black shoes and navy blue blazers, Bring your own whistle and Karate Gi also for the technical seminar.

h) All participants must be present at the stadium by 05-00 P.M. on 27th November 2008 in their karate Gi for the inaugural ceremony. Those who don’t attend the inaugural ceremony will not be allowed to participate in the tournament

i) All participants below the age of 18 yrs must carry the proof of age and show it on demand.
